Welcome to Tunbridge Wells Speakers' Club

Tunbridge Wells Speakers Club was founded seven years ago and is continuing to attract a steady stream of guests and new members, all looking to gain confidence in public speaking, socialise in a friendly and supportive atmosphere and gain new skills. Our meeting place, the Bridge Club, is cosy, inviting and centrally located in Tunbridge Wells, and is proving an attractive place for people to come for an enjoyable, educational and inspirational evening.

Jonathon Bowcott

Jonathon Bowcott joined the club in 2010 with the goal of increasing his confidence in public speaking. Along the way we have learnt of his passion for transparency in the building industry, bass lines in motown classics and his international running adventures.

Nadia Carney

Nadia has had a varied life from working on the set of Art Attack to flower arranging for a top London hotel. She joined toastmasters to improve her confidence in delivering workshops to amateur flower arrangers.
